Joy in the African Bush

Abhijatri and Balarka's Adventures in the Kgaswane Mountain Reserve On Saturday 29 January 2006, Abhijatri and Balarka of the Johannesburg Sri Chinmoy Centre drove 2 hrs to the Kgaswane Mountain Reserve in North-West Province. The reserve lies at the western end of the Magaliesberg, a beautiful range of mountains that tower up to 1000m above the surrouding plains. The reserve includes a few hiking trails and has some of Africa's most beautiful animals - zebras, eland, impala, waterbuck, bushpig, chameleons are just some of the ones we were fortunate to see. We had a great day wandering amongst the rocks, streams and animals and came away feeling like we had left behing all woes and worries of the big city.
